Why do we recommend L-arginine capsules?
Arginine is an amino acid that is produced in the pituitary gland. It means that arginine is not an essential nutrient, but during a heavier load your body might not be able to produce it in adequate quantities. Therefore, the intake of arginine as a food supplement might become necessary (it is conditionally essential).
Arginine plays a very important role in the synthesis of nitric oxide, also known as nitrogen monoxide or NO.

Directions
Recommended use: Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water. On training days consume it before training, on resting days take it before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!

L-arginine hydrochloride (85%), capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
