Arginine is an amino acid, produced in the pituitary gland, so we can say that basically it’s a non-essential nutrient; however, during hard physical work, your body may not be able to produce it in sufficient quantities, so you may need to take it in from external sources (conditionally essential), practically in the form of dietary supplements. One of its major roles is contributing to nitrogen oxide – or nitrogen monoxide, NO – synthesis.

Directions
Recommended use: Mix 1 serving (2 g = half scoop = 1 level teaspoon) product with 400 ml water or beverage of your choice in a shaker bottle. Consume 2 servings daily, on training days take 1 serving within 30 minutes before training and the other serving before bedtime. On resting days consume 1 serving between meals and the other serving before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
